We are already having a lot of interest on these kits and builds,  We will be taking build bookings soon as the development car is finished we are aiming to be complete and running by summer 2018. TGS can take care of every part of the process from import of the base kit to complete builds.

Intro

Owner James has been a rotary fan since he could drive. This guy has done it all J-bridge 13b’s, monster ports, Full PP 20Bs and the list goes on. Having sold his 20B FD3S James was itching to get back into the rotary seat. He acquired a flood damaged car from a family member and started the massive tasks of a full strip down and repaint.

James came to TGS looking into a perfect power plant and after have some wicked rotary motors already the 26B 4 Rotor seemed the only option. We import the full kit which incudes the following: pricing is correct at time of publish.

Build parts list

As well as the kit above you will need the following parts which we can supply at extra cost.

  • 4x Rotors 13B In this build we are using our very own modified RX8 renesis which are side and tip clearanced and apex seal groves cut to take 3mm fd 13B seals
  • 4x Rotor Housings , We can Also cut the Full PP port in house and the port timing is as per the MFR 13B engines
  • 12 Apex seals, 24 side seals , 24 corner seals, 24 oil control rings if using rx8 rotors less if FD, and 16 waters seals for two 13B engines
  • Oil system and sump or dry sump system
  • full engine balancing
  • porting
  • custom solid tgs engine mount
  • front engine mount
  • alternator / aircon mount / oilpump mount
  • electric water pump and controller we fit the davies craig ewp150
  • electric power steering of manual steering rack conversion
  • TGS Radiator ,  lower mounts and top duct  mount panel
  • Manifold this is yet to be tuned on our dyno once the build has finished and once all data is in we will release more info and pricing
  • TGS-Tuning Custom intake throttle body system
  • ECU System we use the M6000 Adaptronic
  • ECU Loom
  • sensors Oil pressure , Fuel pressure , Fuel temp , TPS , CAS , map is inside the ecu
  • 8x ignition coils
  • 8 x ignition leads we can also also custom build these
  • Injectors we only recommend Injector dynamics
  • Fuel system 450lpm min pump
